all sales are final, so please note that I cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. However, I do want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, so please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if your item has suffered any kind of shipping damage, or is broken or defective and we would be happy to do an exchange for you.
any returns would not include the cost of shipping, and would only be processed once the jewelry is shipped back to us; in it's original condition.
should your item need repair after regular use, I will fix it for you for free within the first two months after your purchase; all you have to do is pay for send/return shipping.
